This commercial outdoor kitchen sits on the rooftop of a high-rise building in the heart of downtown San Antonio — a few blocks from the Tower of the Americas and the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The property management team needed a full-service outdoor kitchen that could handle large-scale resident and corporate events, not just a grill station.
The design called for a full L-shaped layout with dual built-in grills, a continuous Calacatta marble countertop run, dark powder-coated panel cabinetry, and an undermount sink station with a commercial-grade faucet. The deck is large-format porcelain tile, and the glass railing system frames the city skyline from every angle of the kitchen.
We coordinated directly with the building's structural engineer on load distribution, the property's MEP team on gas and water routing, and the general contractor on sequencing around the existing rooftop systems. All permits were pulled by our licensed trades — gas, electrical, and plumbing — and all inspections passed on first submission.
The finished kitchen is rated for commercial use, handles events for hundreds of guests, and has been in continuous operation since installation. This is the kind of project that does not get built by a general contractor taking on outdoor kitchen work as a side job. It takes a team that has done it before — and knows how to do it right.
We work with property managers, GCs, and facilities teams on commercial outdoor kitchen projects across Texas.
